| 14. Health Insurance Incentive |
The Company gives health insurance incentive in the form of money (liabilities) to the distributor who has SPM position above with the following requirements :
Requirements : |

Have 30 milliom PV omzet in minimum every month for 2 months consecutively or reached the target 5 times in a year, if it is not continually starts from 1 January to 31 December. |
| 2. |
Have 3 direct downline in minimum and each downline has 7 million PV total omzet in minmum. |

| 15. Motor Bike Incentive |
The company takes 5% out of total omzet of the company to the distributor who sits in SM position until KOK with the following requirements :
Requirements : |

Personal purchasing 100.000 PV or recruit 5 new members every month in a year. |
| 2. |
Reach the omzet group for a year 200 million PV, started in 1 January to 31 December. |
| 3. |
Have 2 downline, each downline has 20 million PV total omzet for a year |

If your downline meet thoese requirements, they will get the motor bike incentive with 10 million in maximum. |

The company will take 6% out of the total omzet to the distributor sits in SRM position until KOK with the following requirements :

Personal purchasing 100.000 PV or recruit 5 new members every month for a year |

Gain the total omzet from 1 January to 31 December |
| |
| a. |
1 billion PV in a year, will get Rp.60 million incentive for a spouse |
| b. |
500 million PV in a year, will get Rp.30 million incentive for individual. |

| 3. |
have 3 downlines, each downline has 100 million PV in minimum and reach the 60 million bonus with 50 million PV to get Rp.30 million bonus. |

until Crown diamond Manager (CDM) with the following requirements :

Personal purchasing 100.000 PV or recruit 5 new members every month for a year

| 2. |
Reach the group omzet 2 billion PV in a year, started in 1 January to 31 December
|
| 3. |
Have 3 downlines, each downline has 400 million PV total omzet for a year.

| If your downline meet thoese requirements, they deserve to have this incentive in Rp.200 million maximum and can be get every year.
